  • 2.5 lb ground turkey
  • 1-12 tsp black pepper
  • 34 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 34 tsp garlic powder
  • 34 tsp ground sage
  • 34 tsp thyme leaf
  • 3 tsp kosher salt

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients and mix into ground turkey. Brown ground meat or form into patties and cook over medium heat until lightly brown. May refrigerate cooked meat up to 4 days or freeze for 90 days once cooked.
